SwatchLOOP, a pioneering web app in textile waste management and recycling, sought to redesign its landing page to enhance user engagement, improve clarity of its services, and attract key stakeholders. The goal was to create a landing page that would effectively communicate SwatchLOOP's value proposition while offering a seamless user experience.

Problem:

SwatchLOOP’s previous landing page struggled to effectively communicate its complex value proposition to a diverse audience, including recycling companies, manufacturers, B2C brands, green initiatives, and investors. Users found it difficult to understand how the platform worked, what problems it solved, and how they could benefit from it.

To create a landing page that truly resonates with SwatchLOOP's diverse audience, we began by thoroughly understanding the users’ needs, challenges, and expectations. Through a combination of user research, interviews, and competitive analysis, we identified key pain points and industry trends, allowing us to design a more user-centered and effective solution. This phase laid the groundwork for building a landing page that would not only communicate SwatchLOOP’s value but also provide an intuitive and engaging user experience.
